The Medical Information Center provides consultation on medical pharmaceuticals. It actively strives to provide information in collaboration with Sales Headquarters, Research Headquarters, the Research Center, factories and branches to ensure kind, sincere and speedy response and earn the trust of customers.

Customer feedback is stored in a database and useful information is conveyed to relevant divisions and reflected in product development/improvement and service enhancement.
