Taisho Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (President: Akira Uehara) announced the launch of its new "Fresh RiUP Medicated Hair Growth Tonic," a quasi-drug tonic in aerosol form for hair loss prevention and hair restoration. The product's effective formula of blood circulation promoting ingredients and cell-activating agent goes on sale June 22.
"Fresh RiUP Medicated Hair Growth Tonic" revitalizes cells with pantothenyl ethylether, and prevents hair loss by fostering blood circulation with vitamin E derivatives and extracts of swertia herb. ("RiUP's" effective ingredient, minoxidil, has not been added.)
The plectranthus herb extract provides moisture to the scalp and hair, while the scalp experiences the pleasant feel of the tonic's spraying mist, realized with the adoption of the new spray-on formula. The new formula contains a maximum dosage of l-menthol for the long-lasting feeling of freshness even after initial application.
Moreover, due to favorable reviews of the "PreRiUP" series, two of the five formulas in the series, "PreRiUP Cleansing" and "PreRiUP Rinse-in-Shampoo," were improved and re-released.
